[TYPO3-ttnews] Error after upgrading to 1.3.0

After upgrading I now get the following error when viewing a specific
news item:

Table 'db88816_8.tx_news_domain_model_external_ttcontent' doesn't exist:
SELECT COUNT(*) FROM tx_news_domain_model_external_ttcontent WHERE
tx_news_domain_model_external_ttcontent.uid IN ('0')

The other news item works fine (there are only 2 news items in this
installation).
