[TYPO3-ttnews] How to show comment number in extension news

Hi Georg,

Yes, it would be great if we use the viewhelper, but it needs to 
register the the viewhelper first in the file "ext_autoload.php". How to 
register the custom viewhelper if we could not able to change the 
original file "ext_autoload.php"?
