[TYPO3-ttnews] How to allow all categories from all pages a user can see?

Hello Devs,

i use TYPO3 4.5.2 and newest TT_news from TER.
As i have a multicustomer solution i need a way the customer can define
categories and use them directly after defining.

What's working, is the creating of categories.
NOT working is the usage in news records and as parent categorie.

How do i disable the additional tt_news rights management on
tt_news_categories?
