[TYPO3-ttnews] ttnews category visibility for nonadmin users

Hi list,

As an admin user i get to see the news categories; the GRSP setting is
unchecked.
I need all news categories to be listed in the category selection for non
admin users without adding any categories to teh user group visibility
settings for ttnews categories; how can i achieve that using user TSconfig
settings?
