[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news Downloads

Hi list,
i got two questions with tt_news, maybe someone could help:

1. Is there a way to give downloads in tt_news (TAB "media->downloads") 
a description? I can't find it right now. Or maybe there exitsts an 
extension for this?

I mean something like this:
###########################
News Header: "My good News"
Image 1: test.jpg
Image 2: test2.jpg
Image 1 Description: "My testimage"
Image 2 Description: "My testimage 2"
(And now:)
File 1: test.pdf
File 2: test2.zip
File 1 Description: "My test pdf"
File 2 Description: "My test zip"


2. Does any one know how to achieve (or maybe there's an extension) a 
page, where i can list all downloads from all accessible news, grouped 
by (news)category?
