[TYPO3-ttnews] Lastest news (1 news with image and title) and list with links to three news

I saw on this forum, that it´s possible to only have one plugin of tt_news with latest where we can show like the ejm.

Latest News (only one)- image, title, news, and link

and under a would like to show 3 list news (title-link).

If its possible can anyone show me how to do it, i am really news with typo3, and i don´t know how to do it.
