[TYPO3-ttnews] News Admin not showing articles with language setting "All"

Hello,

in a TYPO3 4.3.2 system with tt_news 3.0.1 I found that News Admin is 
unable to list any articles that are set to Language = [ALL]  (-1 in 
field sys_language_uid of database table tt_news).

This is probably a design flaw as News Admin has a language selector to 
filter the listed articles and this selector is missing the [All] 
setting. It would be desirable for this filter to not only have an [All] 
setting, but also incorporate a kind of [no filter] setting to show all 
articles independently of their language settings.

If somebody could please confirm that I am not overlooking something 
here. I would then post a bug report.
