[TYPO3-ttnews] usesSPidFromCategory Works?

Hi All,

I'm very interested about the use of usesSPidFromCategory to show 
selected news in a especific page.

In a very simple web I used this lines:

plugin.tt_news.singlePid = 17
plugin.tt_news.useSPidFromCategory = 1

Otherway in the category, selected "Single-view page for news from this 
category" to the target page I want.

Never worked...

I tried almost everything, there is a something especific to do to make 
this property work?
