[TYPO3-ttnews] category problem after update to 3.0.2

hi community,

after i did the update to 3.0.2 i have the following cat troubles:

my cat tree has the main cat news and several sub cats. when i select the 
main cat and one sub cat  the news is visible only on the page where the 
main cat should be shown.  on the page where only the sub cat should be 
shown there is no news.
i did the update with the wizard and no problems are shown in the summery of 
the script. has anybody an idea?
