[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news bugfixing day

Hi,

it is me again.

I just checked out tt_news and it would be great to fix a kind-of-bug
which occurs very often to beginners.

to reproduce:
1) clean localconf.php from all tt_news settings
2) install the tt_news BUT *don't* klick the update button at the EM's
settings
3) go to list view and create a tt_news record, save it and open list
view again
4) tt_news entry got no title.

A fix would be to have inside tca.php some default settings to all
configuration possibilities.

If you don't have time I can look at it in the evening
