[TYPO3-ttnews] tip a friend with tt_news

Hey,
i`m trying to use tip a friend inside of my tt_news singleview with a 
marker ###TIP### BUT its not working :(

I read nearly 7 tutorials, but all doesnt work for me, i just see inside 
my single news view the mark itself without any link.

Does someone like to show me FULLY and detailed how to set it up?
