Where can I download the latest t3x file for tt_news v3?

The one I could find is T3X_tt_news-3_0_0dev_for_TYPO3_4.2.0RC2.t3x but
that one seems rather old looking at the TYPO3 name (4.2.0).
This series is at 4.2.8 now.
