[TYPO3-ttnews] How to keep HTML formatting in subheader when copying content from body in LATEST

i'm sorry to repeat this question, but i still haven't been able to find 
a solution.
This is something that worked in the previous tt_news / typo3 version 
(4.1.5/2.5.0) but changed behaviour in 4.2.1/2.5.1
