[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news and TV: the general_storage_pid

I was pondering about just the same problem the other day ...

The base problem is not restricted to TV: It is the highlander principle 
of the storage folder. There can be only one per page, and if you want 
to have two exts on board that both require a GRSP to be set, then you 
run into trouble if the data is stored in different folders.

Same with TV and different CatFolders for News: If you have multiple 
news pages and want to assign the *same* TV templateOn but a *different* 
GRSP for each news page you are unable to do so.
As a work around you would have to have a dummy parent page 
(shortcut???) where you choose the appropriate subtemplate and on the 
news page itself you can define the GRSP for your news stuff.
