[TYPO3-ttnews] By: prefix to TTNews author

I received an answer in Typo English ml, there suggestion was to modify the
local language file. I like yours better, it means I can update the
extension without having to remove the "By:" from the langauge file.

should be possible to achieve this via typoscript setup:

plugin.tt_news._LOCAL_LANG.default.preAuthor =

Of cause you have to change "default" to your language key in case you 
want to get rid of it in other languages than english.
