[TYPO3-ttnews] mysql errors when adding new tt_news records

Hi tt_news experts!

I've installed tt_news, and it's working fine, apart from an error when 
I add new records. I fill out the details of the record, and click 
either "save" or "save and close" and then I get the following error:

Any idea what might be causing this?
