[TYPO3-ttnews] tt_news dates in german - dont work

Hey Alexander,

this doesn't have anything to do with the news plugin. You need to 
configure your locale first.

try

config.locale_all = de_DE

or something similar (that was just from the top of my head, the TSref 
will be your friend here :))
