[TYPO3-ttnews] news/blog with commenting system

Alternatively I can use SINGLE VIEW and LIST VIEW on the same page. I  
have included the TS code from the manual in my template, seems to  
work but I want SINGLE to display the latest news automatically and  
LIST view should not display the news that SINGLE displays. Can this  
achieved?
