[TYPO3-ttnews] RFC #7141: Feature: option split support integrated

Patch for option split support uploaded to bug tracker.

If you want to have several image sizes, crop settings or date formats 
within one list, it was not possible to do that without PHP hacking.

Now option splitting is enabled for this typoscript configurations so 
that you can do every setting with option splitting.
