you can use addParams, or if it's a typolink you can use ATagParams.

But easiest way would be to look in the HTML Code and use an already existing 
class or id to format your links. f.e.

.found-class-in-a-parrent-tag a {color:red}

#found-id-in-a-parrent-tag a {color:red}
