[TYPO3-ttnews] Template works only in EXT

In the TS-Template... must it be in the Constants? I use {INCLUDE_TYPOSRIPT}
for external editing of TS-Tempate, may i use smth like this for the
Constants?

Yes, it works with fileadmin/templates, but i want to use "dat" instead of
this. Do i need to change smth in sources?
