[TYPO3-ttnews] Bug not solved: 0003844: "Show items with selected categories (AND)" does not work?

Hi,

today i tried the Option "Show items with selected categories (AND)" and 
it does not work :-| I found this bug is solved ( 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=3844 ), but i don't think so.

Can somebody confirm this bug or give me a hint why it is not working in 
my configuration?
