[TYPO3-ttnews] Image sizes

Hi.
In list view for a project I need to have the first article in a list use a
picture of 298 pixels wide,
the second article 142 pixels and the others after it no picture.

I have this nearly done, limiting the number of articles to 10 and then
making ten templates 'sections' in the tt_news template. The first two have
a picture, the other 8 have no picture. The last problem to solve is how to
get the second picture in the list to be 142 pixels wide instead of 298 like
the first articles picture (set in the plugin configuration fort he page).

Is there away of doing this? Maybe with typoscript?
