[TYPO3-ttnews] Translated phrase charset problem .

Hi , 
I converted my database form default latin1_Swedish_ci to utf8_general_ci with some shell commands with DBinit set in typo3 settings "SET NAMES utf8"  . Now newsbody's and backend is showing correct , and values is db in phpmyadmin is showing correct ... but translated tags shows question marks instead of locallang.xml tags and unknown characters instead of _LOCAL_LANG valuses . 

Any help appreciated .
