[TYPO3-ttnews] PATCH: fix char ' in News category names, when adding them to news

Hey List,

There was a problem with ' in the category names. When the title of the
category had a ' inside, it would introduce a bug in the Javascript
produced (because of string being enclosed inside some '').

This patch fixes this bug.
