[TYPO3-ttnews] br-Tags are removed

Hi,

when I insert breaks instead of paragraphs in my news in the frontend 
the breaks are removed although when I switch to html-view within RTE 
the br-Tags are there.

When I insert br-Tags within normal content-datarecords they are shown 
in the frontend, so it seems to be a tt_news-related problem.

What might be the problem here?
