[TYPO3-ttnews] browsing in listview - setting an anchor point for listview?

Hi.

I have a question regarding the pagebrowser in list view.

On my frontpage I have a some basic information and pictures at the top.

Below this information I present my news in list view.

When a user reads the newslist and clicks the pagebrowser to go to page 
two, page two will present all the basic information that are at the top 
at page again. The user will have to scroll down to find the newslist 
again (and will have to do this everytime he or she clicks "next").

Can I avoid this behavior somehow?

It would be really cool if I could define an anchor point for the 
newslist. So that the pagebrowser would lead directly to the top of the 
newslist instead of to the top of the page.

Can this be done?

And how?

Any other suggestions are most welcome!
