[TYPO3-ttnews] showRelatedNewsByCategory and hook

Hi, i spend 2 days to hunt a Problem
the extensions:
tt_news 2.5, timtab 0.5.11, dam_ttnews 0.1.8, dam RC1

dam for images works great, dam for files works curios
after showRelatedNewsByCategory = 1
there are no files or different files, grr
the external itemMarkerArrayFunc takes the uid from last
RelatedNewsByCategory
the itemMarkerArrayFunc in tx_ttnews comes before showRelatedNewsByCategory
the Question for externel functions after

The Solution
I move the complete Part for hooks and external functions 1702-1712 to line
1605 (before showRelatedNewsByCategory)

and it works great

Was this the right way, or is there any other solution?
