Get a 2.4.x version of tt_news, find the rss2 template file in the 
extension folder, copy it to somewhere else (fileadmin f.e.), set the TS 
to use this one.

the thing is that we changed the template for the rss2 feeds which now 
includes the full bodytext. thus you could also tkae the current 
template, remove the fulltext part and use this one...
