[TYPO3-ttnews] Hide standard news if no translation available ?

I´m through the manual several times, section "language settings" consists 
of:
sys_language_mode, showLangLabels, showFlags, flagPath, flagImage
String:"showNewsWithoutDefaultTranslation" not found in the whole document.
Maybe it´s outdated, online version doesn´t work from here.
