[TYPO3-ttnews] Show rootline with TS

Hi Cray,

There is a category rootline marker (###NEWS_CATEGORY_ROOTLINE###) which 
is available in the HTML templates of both the LIST and SINGLE views. 
Simply use the following TS constant to enable it:

plugin.tt_news {
   showCatRootline = 1
}

Or are you trying to generate the rootline outside of the tt_news 
templates through TS?
