[TYPO3-ttnews] No useHRDates with type 100

because the type-100 pageobject (xmlnews) takes a fresh copy of the complete
tt_news config array and works with this one. The copy doesn't know
anything about the changes you made in plugin.tt_news in your TS.

xmlnews.10.useHRDates = 1 

should do the trick.

PS: and now go ahead and remove the change you did in the tt_news files -
otherwise the guaranty will expiere ... :-)
