[TYPO3-ttnews] How to display first image in LIST view

Hi, I'm using tt_news with RTE. Is it possible to display the first news 
image in the LIST view? The images are not stored in the image field, but 
inside the RTE with the picture button.

And if this is possible, is it possible to resize this image in the list 
view so all news have same image size?
