[TYPO3-ttnews] RSS feed: some external links are empty but some are not

Hi,

Typo3 4.0.6
tt_news 2.4.0

In my http://www.somesite.some.edu/rss.xml, some external links show up 
fine but some are just empty.

I've read through the tt_news mailing archive to see if anybody else has 
ever had my problem with tt_news and if there is any solution.  Looks 
like I'm facing the problem listed at 
http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=2356.  However, my RSS feed doesn't 
have the problem with every external URL, just some of them.  It makes 
it harder to know what the problem really is.

For instance, in the rss.xml, this external URL appears fine.

But why is this one's link empty?

The external URL is supposed to be 
http://www.conocophillips.com/newsroom/news_releases/2007+News+Releases/041107.htm.
