[TYPO3-ttnews] News and authors

Hi,

I have seen the ttnews authors relation which allows to select authors from 
a table. But what I would like, and dunno if this is possible, would be to :

- display the whole name of the author and not just the username
- having the current user selected by default

The goal would be for users to not have to bother with author field, so 
their name is used as the author, and for admin to be able to select another 
user for the news...

Any way to do this?
