[TYPO3-ttnews] archiveTypoLink.parameter problem

Where do you set the archiveTypoLink.parameter setting.

I set this in the setup and constant areas of the main template and it 
did not find the list element to show archived news.

archiveTypoLink.parameter = 2047

I used a content element not typoscript to install the content element.
