[TYPO3-ttnews] Hide News-Plugin (incl. Headline) if no news

Hi List!

I know, ther was a similar Post a few month ago, but it doesn't fit my 
Problem. Usually, my News-List is shown like this:

NEWS

Title Message 1
Subtitle
more

Title Message 2
Subtitle
more

and so on.

If there are no News on this page, I still have the headline "NEWS" 
(wich is the Plugins Headline). Is there any way, to hide the Plugin (or 
at least its headline) if there are no news to be shown?
