[TYPO3-ttnews] disabling "title"-attribute of the preview image

Hi List,

Currently, the "title"-attribute of the preview image in LATEST and LIST 
is set to the title of the tt_news record. But it's irritating for 
disabled persons when they hear the title twice from their screen reader.

Is there a setting to disable this? So that the "title"-attribute 
remains empty (or isn't rendered at all)?
