[TYPO3-ttnews] Help with latest template

Hi all,

I'm trying to create a latest news template so that it would sort news by
date - I think I have done this once before, but I can't figure it out now.

I'd like to get the print out like this:

10.12.2006
 News headline 1
 News headline 2
 News headline 3
9.12.2006
 News headline 4
 News headline 5
7.12.2006
 News headline 6
6.12.2006
 News headline 7
 News headline 8
 News headline 9
