[TYPO3-ttnews] PHP version (5.2.0) is higher than allowed (5.1.99) ???

Thank you Andreas. I did as you instructed and installation succeeded. I 
did not test it so far but I think there will be no problems.

Why was the upper limit set to 5.1.99 ? It seems to me it was not put 
with a specific reason, but rather just to have some limit.
