[TYPO3-ttnews] No plugin.tt_news configuration with 2.3.4 and 4.0

Hi

I am trying to make tt_news 2.3.4 run on a 4.0 installation. It seems to
install correctly but there's no output in the frontend.

It turns out that no configuration is added to the TS TLO "plugin", so
nothing is rendered.

it seems that something like t3lib_extMgm::addPItoST43($_EXTKEY);, fell out
of ext_localconf.php, except it adds the conf to plugin.tx_ttnews and it
should be plugin.tt_news.

I don't know how to handle that with old-style pluigns like tt_news, just
add the TS directly with t3lib_extMgm::addTypoScript?
