[TYPO3-timtab] error while saving a post with a trackback link

Hi ng,

if I want to save a post which includes a trackbacklink I've got still 
the problem mentioned from Michael Janssen on 15th of April.
I got the following PHP-Error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/../typo3conf/ext/timtab/class.tx_timtab_trackback.php on line 340

After applying the Patch from http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=5438 the 
error changed to:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getPage() on a non-object in 
/usr/share/typo3/typo3_src-4.1.2/typo3/sysext/cms/tslib/class.tslib_content.php 
on line 5173, referer: 
http://domain.de/typo3/alt_doc.php?returnUrl=%2Ftypo3%2Fsysext%2Fcms%2Flayout%2Fdb_layout.php%3Fid%3D12&edit[tt_news][20]=edit

Another one, but not a better one I fear. I've tried to use the 
svn-snapshot of timtab (15-11-07 I think), but there I even wasn't able
to save a post without any link.

Versions I use: PHP: 5.2.0-8+etch7, MySQL: 5.0.32, TYPO3: 4.1.2, timtab: 
  0.5.11; tt_news: 2.5.0, ve_guestbook: 2.3.1

Can anybody help me?
