[TYPO3-timtab] Problem with fopen?

Hi,

today there is another mysteriously error.

When I save a BlogPost I get this error:

Warning: file(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration 
in /root_path/typo3conf/ext/timtab/class.tx_timtab_trackback.php on line 291

Warning: file(http://www.domain.de): failed to open stream: no suitable 
wrapper could be found in 
/root_path/typo3conf/ext/timtab/class.tx_timtab_trackback.php on line 291

Warning: implode(): Bad arguments. in 
/root_path/typo3conf/ext/timtab/class.tx_timtab_trackback.php on line 291

Normally I would say, that i have to turn on "fopen". BUT it's allowed 
(php-info) and even curl_use is on.

I don't know where to look!? Any idea?
