[TYPO3-templavoila] TemplaVoilà! Plus 7.3.0 for TYPO3 7/8/9 LTS

Hi,

today the long awaited release of TemplaVoilà! Plus 7.3.0 landed in TER.

Short Feature overview:
* TYPO3 v9 LTS compatible release (needs installing typo3db_legacy
extension)
* Changed handling of TCEFORM.pages.tx_templavoilaplus_to.removeItems
for admins
* Better SVG Icons

The next feature release will be 8.0.0 which will drop support for TYPO3
v7 LTS.
