[TYPO3-templavoila] TemplaVoilà Plus 7.0.0 for TYPO3 7/8 LTS

Hi all,

a TYPO3 7/8 LTS compatible version of the TemplaVoilà templating is now
available in TER as TemplaVoilà Plus 7.0.0.

A migration script is available to migrate from older TemplaVoila
1.9/2.0 versions.
