First, thanks Tolleiv for your maintenance work on TV in the past, 
whenever a new core was released, TV was mostly ready or released. This 
is big!

I was a friend of TV in my TYPO3 beginnings, but became a non-lover when 
I started to work on bigger projects.

Still, as an active contributor to the core aiming for an active and 
healthy community, I'm also very aware that TV has a high use ratio as 
content engine.

Therefore, it is obvious that we have to come up with a 6.2 LTS 
compatible TV version to enable people a smooth upgrade from 4.5 - the 
same is true for some other 'high impact' extensions like tt_news that 
are currently mostly orphaned.

I guess the active core contributors will help with this process when 
6.2 stabilizes or is released. We need at least a working extension 
without fatals.
So, count me in for some 6.2 compat work on TV for the greater good of 
the community, even if I don't use it much myself.
