That is a result of how our brain works. This is the same for 
programmatically simulated neural networks.

It applies to pretty much all self-learning filter solutions (e.g. spam 
filters) and provides great results most of the time. Once a while it fails.
You can only try to create better analytic processing, resulting in more 
complex filters or a longer learning period.
It is a trade of between time an accuracy.
