[TYPO3-templavoila] Install git version TV

Hello Miguel,

to install tv from git use

git glone <url>

you need to create the folder typo3conf/ext/templavoila and do the
checkout to this folder.

@Alternatives:

Currently there are some alternatives with different approaches:

1. gridelements -> mainly for structures -> recommend for ext:theme
2. fluidcontent -> based on flexformes, extremly flexible (xml in DB)
3. DCE -> just ce's no structure
4 ...
