[TYPO3-templavoila] update TV: where is preview-icon gone in WEB/PAGE?

hi list

after upgrading TYPO3 to version 4.5.10 and EXT templavoila from 1.3.7 
to 1.6.1 i miss the preview-icon (magnifying glass) in the header of the 
module WEB/PAGE (right frame where the content elements are shown).
it's only there in WEB/LIST.
in WEB/PAGE it's only in the property menu of the special page icon.

my questions:
- is there a special reason why it was left out? it was very handy for 
the editors...
- is it to reactivate with a special TSconfig parameter?
