[TYPO3-templavoila] No TV module when using Local processing

Now it makes sense. I have the same problem with the TV backend module, but 
did not know where it came from. When I removed the local processing the 
backend module showed up again. Must have happened with one of the last 
updates, but I can't say which one it was exactly.
